Yes I primarily do project based work but monthly recurring support plans are available.

I am updating my hardware and software list constantly based on the certifications I acquire. I want to make sure whatever technology I recommend has been fully vetted and understood by me. Please see the about me page for my current certifications.

Since I am a one man shop I don't incur many of the same expenses larger IT Support shops have. This allows me to price my work at a better rate than most.
Bearded Bytes remote support hours are normal business hours with the ability for after hours emergency work. On-site hours are for project work and weekends only unless absolutely necessary.
